2-3 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut
½ cup pepitos (pumpkin seeds)
¼ cup sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup good oil (not olive)
1 cup chopped walnuts
Mix through with fingers until oil and sugar evenly distributed.
Toast in a medium oven until golden - usually 3 batches. You can tell it's nice by the smell (yummy).
Then you add sultanas, chopped apricots, raisins to taste.
