Gingerbread

1 1/2 c milk
125 g butter
1 c sugar
3/4 c golden syrup
-Microwave until butter melted, then cool mixture
Sift:
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp mixed spice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
Mix liquid into dry ingredients. The mixture will be lumpy so use egg beater to get lumps out.
Pour mixture into lined cake tin.
Bake 160 celcius (fanbake) for 55 minutes.
