Seafood Salad

200-300g surimi
4-5 stalks celery
shrimps, either canned or fresh
dressing, either Seafood or Thousand Island
Cut surimi into chunks, put into a bowl, slice the celery into fairly thin pieces, add to the bowl. (If using canned shrimps, rinse and drain well before adding to bowl, if using fresh, peel and add to bowl- these may be chopped if using large ones).
Mix together with approx 1/2 bottle of dressing. Don't make too wet a mix.
