Cut
1kg Blue cod, orange Roughie or Snapper
Add
juice of 4 large lemons
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 Tbsp salt
Cover and leave in fridge 3-4 hours, mixing every one in a while.
Add
1 small bottle cream
2 medium tomatoes
Leave for another hour.
