Mum's Dessert

Base - makes 2 desserts
per pack crushed biscuits (Nice, Wine etc)
4 oz / 100g butter
⅓ cup sugar (Keep ⅔ cup aside for top of dry biscuits)
Bake at 180ºC (350ºF) for 10 minutes.
Filling
Combine 1x packet lemon jelly with 1 cup boiling water- leave to cool.
Beat cold can of evaporated milk (make sure this has been left in fridge the day before).
When thick, add the jelly and ½ cup castor sugar and 1 small tin grenedalla pulp. Beat.
Put on COOLED biscuit base.
Add rest of crumbs.
Chill in fridge before serving.
